Refund policy

Refunds: Refunds will not be permitted on order which were dispatched within the timescales mentioned above. We cannot be held liable for delay by third party delivery companies.
Non-receipt of an order must be reported to us within 20 days to allow us to investigate or send replacements. Any later than this and no refunds or replacements will be sent.
Refunds on personalised items are not permitted unless damaged.
