Terms & Conditions

We pride ourselves on simple, easy to understand terms and conditions because, let's face it, we all hate pages and pages of text that make no sense. Once an order is placed and paid for it is understood that you accept our terms and conditions:

    • Returns: All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you are unhappy with you purchase you may return it to us for a refund within this time. Please note you will not be reimbursed for the cost of the return postage. Return address: Oh Flora Returns, Stanhope, Dilwyn, Herefordshire, HR4 8JH (Please ensure you include your order number with your return).
    • If returns are received outside of the 14 day period, a credit note for the value of the item will be issued in the form of a Voucher Code.
    • If an item is faulty, it may be returned for a full refund within 28 days of receipt.
    • Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item of clothing for an alternative size, simply follow the return instructions above and include a note stating your order number and the size/colour you'd prefer. Exchanges will be processed the original item is received.
    • Non personalised products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. Once the item has been returned a confirmation email will be issued confirming receipt of the item and the requested alternative will be dispatched within 24 hours. 
    • Please note that personalised items do not qualify for refunds.
    • Damage: Oh Flora does not accept responsibility for items that have been damaged in transit. All items are packed/labelled to ensure that Royal Mail are made aware of the best way to handle them. Please take up any damage claims directly with Royal Mail.
    • Items returned after the 14 day cut off period will not be refunded. They can be exchanged for items to the same value.
    • Alternatives: If you order something which is out of stock we promise to let you know as soon as possible - we will await your instructions as to whether you would like an alternative product or a refund of that item. 
    • Dispatch: All of the products on our website are dispatched from the UK via Royal Mail. If Royal Mail are unable to deliver your item a card will be left with collection instructions. If the item is not collected and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for paying the full postage amount for the item to be redelivered. If a refund is requested the full cost of postage will be deducted.
    • Timescales:  Each item has a different dispatch time. CARDS: all cards are dispatched same/next working day PERSONALISED - Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for any personalised or amended orders to be dispatched. EVERYTHING ELSE - We aim to get all order dispatched within 3 working days but this is not always possible. Please allow 7 working days for items to be dispatched. If you would like an estimated delivery date for an order  or your order is required urgently, please do email ohflora@hotmail.com with your order number and we'll do our best to meet your deadline.
    • Personalisation: We make every effort to personalise products where possible but please remember that our greetings cards are not personalised (unless stated) and will arrive blank inside.
    • Import Taxes: Import taxes may be due if delivery is outside the UK, please note that we DO NOT cover import duties. These will need to be paid by the recipient.
    • Privacy: We promise not to share you information with anyone else - no third parties or marketing companies whatsoever. 
    • Refunds: Refunds will not be permitted on orders which were dispatched within the timescales mentioned above. We cannot be held liable for delay by third party delivery companies.
    • Non-receipt of an order must be reported to us within 20 days to allow us to investigate or send replacements. Any later than this and no refunds or replacements will be sent.
    • Address Errors: Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly when you place your order. If any details are missing or incorrect your order is unlikely to be delivered and no refund will be provided. Your address is included in your order confirmation email, please let us know of any errors as soon as possible.
    • SMS Abandoned Cart: Oh-Flora.com uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.
    • Third Party Data Sharing: We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

      The Oh Flora Ltd mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Oh Flora Ltd (“Oh Flora Ltd”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

      By consenting to Oh Flora Ltd’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Oh Flora Ltd through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

      You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Oh Flora Ltd. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

      We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

      You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to OhFloraLtd or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Oh Flora Ltd mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

      We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.

      The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

      To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
